This module coincides with an available PC lab. If we are
unable to obtain the lab on this day, simply go to the next
module for Day 3. We will return to the Internet Laboratory
when it can be scheduled. If you miss this class, you are
responsible for familiarity with the Internet and,
especially, with the resources available at www.mgmtguru.com,
Dr. Makamson's website.
The objectives for today are that the student will:
1.
Know how to access the Internet at HU and Dr.
Makamson's website, a resource used in the course;
2. Learn how to navigate the website, access course
related materials, use the forms, access password
protected areas, and download class materials;
3. Find out how to establish an e-mail account, if the
student does not already have one.
1. Dr. Makamson will notify the class as to the location of
the laboratory. It is usually located at the ATM, 5th floor
of the Harvey Library. A sign will be posted at the regular
classroom notifying students of the location.
