DOWNLOAD MY FILES

The following files are available for you to download. To download click on the file name. Files that are in MS Word format have extension ".doc". They may be opened and printed or saved to your diskette from the menu on top of this page. If the file is a compressed self-executing file, designated with [exe], you must first de-compress the file once you have downloaded it. Click here for help.
If the file is an Adobe file, designated with [pdf], the file is not an MS Word file and can be read only with the free Adobe Reader. Click here for help.

If a menu pops-down asking for Network Administration passwords, simply close the menu. Do not enter any codes or you'll be denied access.

If the file has an "exe" extension (file_name.exe), it is a self-extracting compressed file, meaning the file is compressed to save space at my website. Before you view or use the file you must restore the document file which will be MS Word 6.0.)

  1. To restore the Word document: Using the mouse, click on the downloaded file (it will have an "exe" extension).
  2. A menu will appear and ask you to identify where you wish the file extracted and saved. You may want to specify A: diskette as the place to store the file. Store the file on a hard drive only if you are using your own PC.)
  3. Automatically the file will be decompressed and should now appear as file_name.doc. This is a MS Word document file. The file_name.exe will also still be on your diskette. You may delete this compressed file.
  4. The document file is best read using MS Word, but most wordprocesors will translate the documents for you.
  5. If you want to print the file, open the file in Word and print the file as any document.

If the file has a "pdf" extension (file_name.pdf), it is an adobe acrobat file and requires the Acrobat reader to view and to print the file. It cannot be converted to a word processing file.

1. After downloading the file (large files may take several minutes and your blank diskette should be formatted for 1.44Mb), click on the file from Windows Explorer. If your PC already has an acrobat reader the document will open and you may print the document with the "File Print" button.

2. If the file cannot be opened, you will need to access and install the reader which is available by clicking the yellow button. You will need version 4.0 or higher. Simply follow the instructions to install the reader, then open the downloaded pdf file.
